Greetings!

Thank you for sending the names of 5 possible participants for the woodbadge course. Are they form one group or to which scout group do they belong.

For the time being I will note the names down and keep for our record because I still need confirmation of the possibility of having the course in August from 7-13th, as I have suggested. This confirmation is necessary for our planning and to having it formally included in our regional calendar. Still it is not included and we may have difficulty in including it later. Therefore please talk to the other leaders and try to send me the confirmation of the dates for the proposed woodbadge course in Vietnam. I am also copying this email to our other colleagues.
