Greetings!
We are pleased to confirm that the Advanced Unit Leader Training Course for Vietnam Scout Leaders will be held from 1-7 September 2010 at Mt. Makiling, Los Banos, Laguna, Philippines. With this letter we hereby confirm the acceptance of the 48 participants from the different groups as per the list attached.

The participants are requested to arrive Manila on 30 August 2010 and may leave 8 September 2010. Please arrange your travel accordingly and provide us the travel itinerary as soon as it is confirmed.

Furthermore, please check the attached list and complete all the remaining details which are blank (year of birth and group name) and confirm to us if there are any more corrections to be made in the list.

On the other hand, facilitators for the course will be confirm later. 
Kindly send the revision not later than 30 May 2010.
