Thư này nhằm để biết thêm thông tin về Khóa Huấn luyện Lãnh đạo Đơn vị dành cho các Trưởng hướng đạo Việt nam (Phần học về Hướng đạo), tại Mt. Makiling, Laguna, Phi-lip-pin từ ngày 1 tháng 9 đến ngày 7 tháng 9.
Vì lợi ích của khóa học và của học viên/ người huấn luyện, đề nghị các nhóm hướng đạo tham gia khóa học này hãy gửi cho chúng tôi Kế hoạch đào tạo của Đơn vị dành cho các trưởng hướng đạo, nhằm mục đích giúp họ đạt được Huy Hiệu Rừng và khối kiến thức tương đương với bằng cấp đó. Việc gửi kế hoạch này sẽ giúp chúng tôi biết được về tình hình huấn luyện hướng đạo sinh tuổi trưởng thành và nội dung huấn luyện đó mà các nhóm hướng đạo ở Việt nam đang tiến hành hoặc đang theo đuổi. Đề nghị gửi tài liệu này chậm nhất là trước ngày 31 tháng 7, 2010.Đồng thời, xin hãy lưu ý những điều sau:
- Gửi văn bản khẳng định lại chi tiết về chuyến bay đưa các học viên tới khóa học cho Tổ chức Hướng đạo Khu vực Châu Á-Thái bình dương (APR) càng nhanh càng tốt.
- Lưu ý rằng KHÔNG được có học viên dự thính/ người đi kèm tham gia khóa học nâng cao này, ngoại trừ học viên và nhân viên tổ chức được APR chấp thuận.

Dear Colleagues,
Greetings from Manila. This is with reference to the Advanced Unit Leaders Training Course for the Vietnamese Scout Leaders (Scout Section) at Mt. Makiling, Laguna, Philippines from September 1-7. For the benefit of the course and the trainers/facilitators, we would like the various Scout group participating in this course to send us your existing Adult Unit Leaders Training Scheme for adult leaders to gain the Wood Badge and its contents. This will help us know the status of adult training and its contents presently practiced or followed by your group in Vietnam. Please send this material latest by 31 July 2010.
At the same time, please take note of the following:
- Send the confirmed flight details of the participants to APR as soon possible.
- Please note that NO observer/accompanying person is allowed in this advanced course, except the participants and facilitators accepted by APR. Your cooperation on these matters would be appreciated.
